Austin and Vancouver ended last week’s matches in contrasting moods and are at opposite ends of the Western Conference ahead of Saturday night’s meeting.

Austin looked to be heading for defeat last weekend when they trailed to Ola Kamara’s first-half brace but the two-goal hero turned villain when he was sent off just before half-time.

Head coach Josh Wolff said: “Yeah, we got a little bit of a break maybe, or certainly a mistake by their player, but you’ve got to go out and take advantage of that.
“Our ability to stay calm and now execute what was needed in the game was awesome.”
