2023 NBA Play-In Tournament
This year, teams ranked 7th to 10th in each conference will compete in a single-elimination format to secure the final two spots in the postseason bracket.
The team that finishes 7th in the standings will play against the 8th-ranked team for the No. 7 seed. Meanwhile, the loser of that game will then face the winner of the matchup between the 9th and 10th ranked teams, with the winner getting the No. 8 seed.
Mark your calendar: the 2023 NBA Play-In Tournament is set to begin on Tuesday, April 11, and run through Friday, April 14.
2023 NBA Playoffs
The postseason follows the Play-In Tournament and is set to start on Saturday, April 15th, unless a series ends early, which could lead to the schedule being adjusted.

-First Round: Saturday, April 15th
-Conference Semifinals: Monday, May 1st - Tuesday, May 2nd (potentially moved up to April 29th-30th)

National Basketball Players in the NBA
For British NBA fans, there is a single player in the league to look out for. He is, of course, OG Anunoby, who currently plays as a small forward/shooting guard for the Toronto Raptors. OG was born in London but moved to the United States with his family at the age of 4. The 25-year-old has been widely praised as an up-and-coming talent since he started his career in 2017.
NBA Winners 2022/23
The current favorites for the 2022/23 NBA title are the Boston Celtics, who are currently top of the Eastern Conference. Some of their star players include Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Robert Williams III. While they are tipped heavily, the competition is as tight as ever this year, with the Milwaukee Bucks, Denver Nuggets, and Los Angeles Clippers being just a few other teams that have the potential to win it all!
