Chelsea’s pursuit of a top-four finish continues when they make the short trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.
The Blues got back on track at the weekend with a 3-0 win against Watford and are firm favourites to collect another three points against a Palace team with little left to play for.
Frank Lampard’s men have only managed one clean sheet on their travels, though, so both teams to score at 21/20 looks good value for our opening Crystal Palace vs Chelsea prediction.

There was talk of Palace pushing for a European place when their season resumed with a 2-0 win at Bournemouth to make it four successive victories.
Since then, though, they have slipped to three straight defeats, with a 4-0 thrashing at Liverpool followed by a 1-0 loss at home to Burnley and Saturday’s 3-0 defeat at Leicester.
Speaking after the game at the King Power Stadium, manager Roy Hodgson said: “I don’t think at any point we were particularly out-played or under pressure in the match but we made mistakes and those mistakes were punished and it has resulted in a harsh scoreline.
“We want to finish as high as we can in the table but our first priority is to stop this losing run.
“Even if we don’t put enough points on the board to get seventh or eighth, which might be enough to get you into a European place, we need to start picking up points again.”
Palace may come out fighting but they have lost the second half in eight of their last 10 Premier League games against top-half teams.
With that in mind, the away team to win the second half at 18/25 is the next of our picks from the Crystal Palace vs Chelsea odds.
Last Palace line-up: Guaita, Ward, Van Aanholt, Sakho, Cahill, Milivojevic, McArthur, Riedewald, Ayew, Zaha, Benteke.
A Look At Chelsea’s Betting Odds
Chelsea have Manchester United breathing down their necks in the race for a top-four finish and will hope to pick up three points at Selhurst Park to put the pressure on their rivals, who are not in action until Thursday.
Last week’s defeat at West Ham was a setback but they bounced back to beat Watford, with Olivier Giroud, Willian and Ross Barkley all finding the net.
The only setback was N’Golo Kante picking up a hamstring problem which is likely to rule him out of Tuesday’s game, which could mean a first start since the season resumed for Italy midfielder Jorginho.
Regarding the run to the end of the season, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard said: “I think every game is going to be pressure now.
“West Ham was pressure because we knew we could go third. It’s a different kind of pressure but it’s still the same in how you focus on the game and job at hand.
“You cannot get too caught up in what everyone does at the moment. We did that tonight, there was no nonsense, the mentality was right.
“We started brightly and we carried on and got the small details of the game right at both ends of the pitch, which I was happy with.”
Chelsea should have the quality to come out on top here but their defensive record and the likely absence of Kante means an away win and both teams to score at 23/10 is our final Crystal Palace vs Chelsea prediction.
Last Chelsea line-up: Kepa, Christensen, Zouma, James, Azpilicueta, Kante, Barkley, Mount, Pulisic, Willian, Giroud.
Leicester 3-0 CRYSTAL PALACE
CHELSEA 3-0 Watford – Olivier Giroud, Willian, Ross Barkley
Head-to-head: Chelsea 2-0 Palace, Palace 0-1 Chelsea, Chelsea 3-1 Palace, Chelsea 2-1 Palace, Palace 2-1 Chelsea, Chelsea 1-2 Palace, Palace 0-1 Chelsea
