Betting on EHF Euro

The Euro Handball is held every two years and represents the quintessence of handball, as all the best nations in the sport are European, and they dominate the world championships and the Olympics. Throughout the season, make bets on handball with bwin.

Betting on the European Handball Championship

The European Handball Federation (EHF) has planned the next Euro, which will take place in 2024 in Germany, then in 2026 in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and finally in 2028 in Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.

For all matches, block out 18:00 and 20:30 in your sports betting calendar during the competition.

Each team roster contains a maximum of 35 players and will serve as a basis for each respective federation to select the 20-player teams participating in the EHF EURO. On the day of each match, the 16 players on the bench for each team will be confirmed, plus the four officials who will oversee play.

Before the qualifications, four teams will automatically qualify: The host nation as well as three top-ranked teams from the previous Men's European Handball Championship.

In the end, about 20 European nations will qualify. The final phase will start with a preliminary round, followed by the main round and finally, a final four.

Bet on men's handball

All over Europe, the participants of the Men's EHF EURO 2022 have played test matches in preparation for the tournament. To help prepare for playing against quality teams, participants partake in the Champions League, also organized by the EHF. Make bets on the Champions League handball with bwin.

The most significant event in the preparations of national teams will take place in Trondheim, where the next edition of the Golden League will be held with four Euro favourites taking part.

Bet on the winner of the EHF Euro tournament

Spain has participated in the last four finals. Sweden is the nation with the most Euro victories, with a golden age between 1994 and 2002 when they won 5 titles. Denmark also regularly wins titles, with two world championships recently. Make your bets on the men's world handball championship.

France is the only major handball nation that has never lost in a final. Les Bleus have the status of being Olympic champions following their victory in 2021 at the Tokyo Olympics.
