We’re kicking off our Cricket World Cup 2019 predictions by looking at each of the 10 teams competing, placed in order of our power rankings. The country that lifts the trophy at Lord’s on July 14 will receive a minimum of £3.1million in prize money, out of a total pot of £7.8m up for grabs.

We’ve got T20 finals day betting tips for both semis and also an outright winner selection ahead of all the action at Edgbaston on Saturday. This event always produces plenty of thrills and spills, with an abundance of boundaries and some spectacular sixes almost assured.

This weekend heralds one of the most vibrant days in the domestic cricket calendar: T20 finals day at Edgbaston, which sees the two semi-finals and final played back-to-back. We’ve looked back at every previous finals day match played at the venue to pick out some insights into who could be lifting this year’s trophy.

India beat England 2-1 in the Twenty20 format and look fair value at odds against to again come out on top in the upcoming ODI series. The top two teams in the ICC rankings will meet in Nottingham, London and Leeds over the next week, on what are expected to be batting-friendly pitches.

Favourite backers got their fingers burnt in the opening clash between England and Pakistan at Lord’s but we reckon the Three Lions can recoup those losses at Headingley. Joe Root appeared to make a big mistake when opting to bat first in tricky conditions after winning the toss and the hosts can hit back.
