Fulham are drinking in the last-chance saloon with regards Premier League survival and Burnley are backed to call time on their bid to stay up.
The Clarets, who are just above the drop zone, have already won 3-0 at Craven Cottage in the FA Cup this season and have a decent away record in top-flight fixtures.
We feel 5/2 for Sean Dyche’s side to prevail here is a value pick for our first Fulham vs Burnley prediction.
A Look At Fulham’s Betting Odds
Fulham have only picked up one point from their last six games following a 2-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge.
The Cottagers have admittedly had a tough run of fixtures but being nine points from safety with four games left is a bleak proposition.
Defender Joachim Andersen insists the Whites still believe they can avoid the drop, telling the club website: “Of course it can be done, it’s football.”
However, reflecting on the latest setback, he added: “The goals we gave away were too easy, too many small mistakes.
“When we do that, we cannot win, especially against a really good team like Chelsea. I don’t know what to say, it’s disappointing.”
Fulham’s miserable home record reads 11 losses, four draws and just two wins, with only nine goals scored and 24 conceded.
Looking at the 13/2 for the scores to be level at half-time and then the Clarets to win is another tempting option.
Last Fulham line-up: Areola, Andersen, Adarabioyo, Robinson, Aina, Lemina, Zambo, Decordova-Reid, Cavaleiro, Lookman, Maja.
A Look At Burnley’s Betting Odds
Burnley are still not mathematically safe after going down 2-1 to high-flying West Ham at Turf Moor on Monday.
Chris Wood put the Clarets in front from the penalty spot after 19 minutes but 10 minutes later they were behind due to a Michail Antonio brace.
The Hammers missed several chances to add to their lead before Burnley rallied, with Josh Brownhill bringing an excellent save from Lukasz Fabianski and Jay Rodriguez flashing a shot wide.
“It was a strange one,” manager Dyche said. “I don’t think we were a million miles off our marks.
“West Ham delivered a strong performance and they’re chasing the Champions League spots for a reason.
“They’re a good outfit and they’ve shown that, so I wasn’t overly critical of my players.
“We tried to make a game of it, both teams played at a real tempo but they affected the game with a bit more quality on transition in particular.”
Burnley had previously enjoyed a superb 4-0 success at Wolves, though, and have also won away to Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Everton since the turn of the year.
Wood is on an excellent run of seven goals in as many games and 7/2 for him to break the deadlock completes our Fulham vs Burnley betting tips.
Last Burnley line-up: Pope, Lowton, Taylor, Tarkowski, Mee, Cork, Brownhill, McNeil, Westwood, Wood, Vydra.
