Wilfried Zaha transfer odds: Everton and Arsenal favs to swoop

With the summer window now open, we’re tracking the latest Wilfried Zaha transfer odds to see where the Crystal Palace winger may switch to.

The 27-year-old Ivory Coast international has been close to leaving Selhurst Park before, but it seems a move will now finally happen.

Here are the leading contenders to capture his signature, according to bwin’s transfer odds:

EVERTON @ 4/1

The Toffees took a few gambles last summer which have yet to pay off, as Alex Iwobi, Moise Kean and Jean-Philippe Gbamin all failed to make much of an impact at Goodison Park. The club’s ambitious owners are likely to be active again and Carlo Ancelotti may suggest going for a more proven commodity this time. Cenk Tosun could be used in a part-exchange deal after a loan spell with Palace earlier this year.

ARSENAL @ 4/1

Palace reportedly received a £40million bid from the Gunners 12 months ago, before they turned their attentions to Nicolas Pepe, and Arsenal may be tempted by a reduced price. Bukayo Saka is still very young at 18 to command a regular starting place and even though Ainsley Maitland-Niles did well in an advanced role down the left flank during the FA Cup final, Zaha is seen as a ready-made upgrade at that position.

TOTTENHAM @ 7/1

Steven Bergwijn showed plenty of promise after joining from PSV in January and Son Heung-min continues to excel, but Tottenham definitely lack strength in depth when it comes to players who can create chances for Harry Kane. Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso are yet to fulfil their potential and Jose Mourinho is a manager who prefers to recruit players for now, rather than the future.

NEWCASTLE @ 8/1

The on-off takeover saga at St James’ Park is likely to have an adverse effect on how much money Steve Bruce is given to spend, but bringing a Wilfried Zaha transfer swoop would be a solid option whatever happens, especially as Newcastle’s recent foreign imports have failed to deliver goals.

LEICESTER @ 14/1

Brendan Rodgers already has some nice weapons up front, with Ayoze Perez and Harvey Barnes available to support Jamie Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho, but the manager’s style of play means he can never have too many attacking options. Landing Zaha may also allow the Foxes to cash in on James Maddison.

LEEDS @ 16/1

United scored plenty of goals in the Championship but will almost certainly need to add a bit of quality to their forward line if they are to make an impact in the top flight.
