Uruguay are bidding to reach the Under-20 World Cup final for the second time in three renewals of this tournament when taking on Venezuela in South Korea.

A Look At Uruguay’s Betting Odds
Uruguay beat Argentina and Brazil among the four final-stage wins that saw them crowned South American youth champions earlier this year and have carried that form into this event.
Victories over Italy and Japan helped them to top their group, before a 1-0 defeat of Saudi Arabia in the first knockout round.
Uruguay had to rely on spot-kicks to see off Portugal in the quarters, but that 2-2 draw looked a quality affair, with Barcelona’s Santiago Bueno and Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde on target in normal time and the shoot-out.
Valverde was also reportedly courted by Arsenal and Chelsea and looks a real prospect, so we’re backing him to inspire a 2-1 success at 19/2.
A Look At Venezuela’s Betting Odds
Venezuela were the only team to beat Uruguay at the South American event, prevailing 3-0 on that occasion, but overall their form was not as strong and they could only manage third place.
In South Korea, they started out very well, beating Germany 2-0 and Mexico 1-0 either side of a 7-0 rout of Vanuatu to top Group B.
The knockout rounds have been tougher, with extra-time needed to see off Japan and the USA, although they were the dominant team against the Americans and created enough chances to earn a more straightforward triumph.
This is a physical side which will cause problems, but they may not have the skill levels of Uruguay.
