Arsenal face what looks to be mission impossible in trying to overturn a 5-1 first-leg deficit when they entertain Bayern Munich in the Champions League, but the Gunners could be a fair price at 2/1 to salvage some pride with a home win.

It is easy to forgive 1-0 defeats at Borussia Dortmund in their domestic top flight and at Atletico Madrid during their European group, but a 3-2 loss to Rostov in Russia that cost them pole position in that pool is much easier to pick holes in.
Carlo Ancelotti acknowledged “Arsenal are a dangerous team, especially on the counter attack” and we like 3/1 for the Gunners to prevail and over 2.5 goals to be scored in the game, while 23/4 for a correct score of 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1 is another fancy in the hope that the visitors just let their guard down.
