Mason Mount, Timo Werner, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Kai Havertz hit the target in that game after Lampard named a strong starting line-up.
Chelsea lifted this trophy for the eighth time in 2018 and reached the final last year, so good cup runs are expected.

Luton showed great spirit to survive in the Championship last term, winning three of their final four games to end up three points clear of the drop zone.
Town have built on that by enjoying a solid campaign so far this season, hovering around the middle of the table, comfortably clear of any relegation worries.
Wins over leaders Norwich and promotion hopefuls Bournemouth in the past two months show they can compete with useful teams.
However, Nathan Jones will still be focused almost entirely on securing another year in the second tier.
He made numerous changes for Luton’s 1-0 home win over Reading in round three and looks set to do the same again, with this tie coming in between league trips to Brentford and Blackburn.
To be fair, Town were only undone late on in each half when beaten by United in the EFL Cup back in September.
