England will aim to build on an encouraging start to Group B when they seek a first World Cup win against the United States at the third attempt. The Three Lions hit Iran for six in their opening game and should have the firepower to secure another routine victory.

The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship is the last of this year’s events in the UK and is played over three courses before ending at St Andrews on Sunday. Rory McIlroy will be out to make some amends for his disappointment in The Open at the same venue earlier this year.
