Wigan face a daunting trip to Castleford while Warrington aim to continue their belated bid for a play-off place in round 12 of Super League.
With the regular season passing its halfway point this weekend, there is little room for error for the sides towards the bottom of the table.

Hull to beat Warrington @ 1/2
Last Sunday’s win over leaders Castleford was impressive enough after conceding more than 50 points in each of their previous two matches on home soil, but Hull must be full of confidence after getting over the line with 12 men. Warrington, too, were two-point winners to make it four straight victories after their horror start to the season. The Wolves have moved to within six points of the top four but Hull will leave Tony Smith’s side eight off the pace on Friday night.
St Helens to beat Leigh @ 1/5
Leigh’s win over St Helens in February was their first back in Super League and further home victories over Huddersfield and Warrington followed. But their Challenge Cup defeat by Hull KR was their sixth loss in a row and a fight for survival in the Super 8s Qualifiers beckons. Saints beat Castleford in front of their own fans last time out and they should be celebrating a second win under Jamahl Lolesi.
Castleford to beat Wigan @ 1/2
Back-to-back defeats and a question mark over key playmaker Luke Gale’s fitness, Castleford appear more vulnerable than at any point in 2017. Wigan have won three in a row since their loss to the Tigers and can leapfrog their rivals by claiming two points at the Jungle. But Castleford have been untouchable so far at home and will prove too strong for the Warriors.
Salford to beat Widnes @ 1/4
Salford slipped down to fifth place while on Challenge Cup duty but overall it was a good weekend for the Red Devils as they booked their place in the next round by beating Toronto. Widnes enjoyed their first win in front of their own fans since August and will be determined to build on that victory over St Helens on Sunday. The Red Devils will have too much quality, though, as they continue to keep pace with the big boys.
Catalans to win at Wakefield @ 6/5
Trinity may be looking down rather than up after three straight defeats but a strong start to the season has given them a bit of breathing space. Catalans saw a three-game winning run brought to an end by Wigan but they are a different outfit on their travels this year and will be motivated by their heavy defeat by Wakefield at the start of April. The French outfit will edge a tight contest.
