Iga Swiatek has simply been on a different level to any other female player at this year’s French Open and is taken to brush aside Sofia Kenin in the final.

Australian Open champion Kenin has an abundance of courage and determination, so she will try to turn this contest into a battle of wills.

However, we fear she will be totally outgunned on the evidence presented at Roland Garros over the past fortnight.

Punters can get 13/10 for the red-hot Pole to prevail 2-0 and that is our first Swiatek vs Kenin prediction.

A Look At Iga Swiatek’s Betting Odds

Swiatek made a massive statement of intent when crushing last year’s Roland Garros runner-up Marketa Vondrousova 6-1 6-2 in the opening round.

Fourth seed and 2018 champion Simona Halep was swatted aside 6-1 6-2 in round four and the 19-year-old has lost just 23 games in six matches so far.

This will be her maiden grand slam final but Swiatek confidently declared: “I’m dealing with my nerves pretty good.

“I feel like I’ve been so efficient and so focused for whole matches that I put a lot of pressure on my opponents.

“I’m not even nervous in second sets because I know it’s going to probably go my way.”

The lack of spectators should allow her to once again just go out and play her natural, aggressive game.

Although this pair have never met on the WTA Tour, Swiatek won in two tight sets in the junior event at Roland Garros four years ago.

Looking at the Swiatek vs Kenin odds, we like 21/4 for the Pole to take the first set here 6-3.

A Look At Sofia Kenin’s Betting Odds

Kenin would not be classed as a lover of clay courts, but she did beat Serena Williams in the third round of last year’s French Open before taking eventual winner Ashleigh Barty to three sets.

The American is already a grand slam champion after claiming outright glory in Melbourne this year, where she gained revenge on Barty and outbattled Garbine Muguruza in the decider.

The 21-year-old has again proved incredibly adept at coming through tough battles in Paris, surviving four three-set contests.

Dual Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova was edged out 6-4 7-5 in the semis, so if this does turn into a dogfight, Kenin could well upset the odds.

However, Kvitova is another player more comfortable on grass or hard courts, so the value of Kenin’s form is questionable.

The fourth seed is adamant she has improved on the red stuff over the past couple of years and a fine return of serve will test Swiatek’s nerve.

Sometimes it doesn’t pay to over-think things, though, and the simple fact is that Swiatek has been visually far more impressive.

Let’s go all in on the favourite and add 19/20 for her to win at least four more games than her opponent to our Swiatek vs Kenin betting tips.

Semi-final results:
