Toronto and Hamilton both suffered narrow defeats last week and now resume their rivalry following back-to-back clashes earlier this month.
Home advantage proved decisive in each of those games, with the Argonauts winning by 14 here and then the Tiger Cats prevailing by seven at Tim Hortons Field.

Toronto are only just hanging on to top spot in the East Division after a 22-19 loss to Calgary at this venue made it three defeats in four outings.
The Argonauts will look back on a key play late in the third quarter when leading 19-10, with Stampeders DB Elie Bouka posting a 67-yard pick six.
Two fourth-quarter field goals completed the comeback and left Toronto sweating ahead of another double-header with Hamilton.
“The main thing for us is to get our confidence back and go and get a win,” commented head coach Ryan Dinwiddie.
“Hamilton are a solid football club and their defence is consistent; they do a great job up front, they get after the quarterback and they stop the run.
“But the secondary does give up plenty of yards, so we’ve got to start fast and then make adjustments when necessary.”
One interesting stat from the two previous meetings between these sides is that the team trailing at half-time went on to win.
Looking at the 7.0 for the Argos to again come from behind at the break.
Hamilton Tiger Cats Odds
Hamilton recovered well from losing their first four games to then go 3-2 in the next five but a 29-28 reversal at Montreal will have hurt.
The Tiger Cats led 25-18 after three quarters but a 48-yard field goal as time ran out in the fourth eventually gave the Als a memorable victory.
Head coach Orlondo Steinauer refused to dwell on that setback, stating: “We’re moving forward and we’ll be ready to go on Friday.
“There’s added importance because they are an East Division opponent but to us it’s just the next game and that’s the focus right now.”
However, even though defensive back Rodney Randle Jr and receiver Jaylon Redd have been signed up this week, Hamilton do have injury problems.
“We’re lacking some availability, it’s what it is and we’re banged up a little bit,” admitted Steinauer.
With several absentees on defence, this could be another entertaining encounter after the earlier head-to-head clashes produced 54 and 61 points.
