Ghana have got work to do to reach the Africa Cup of Nations knockout stage but should get back on track by beating Guinea-Bissau in the last round of Group F games.

The Black Stars have made the semi-finals for six straight renewals of this tournament, but started out this time with a couple of draws to put pressure on themselves.

However, this looks the weakest of their opponents and 9/10 for a win to nil is our initial Guinea-Bissau vs Ghana prediction.

A Look At Guinea-Bissau’s Betting Odds

Guinea-Bissau kicked off with a 2-0 loss to Cameroon and then seemed a touch fortunate to escape with a goalless stalemate against Benin.

Portugal-based forward Frederic Mendy headed just wide in that second contest, while CSKA Sofia winger Jorginho wasn’t far away with a left-footed effort in the closing stages.

However, Benin had more of the possession and more shots in a game with few moments of quality to speak of and only one attempt on target.

Looking at the Guinea-Bissau vs Ghana odds, we feel 27/20 for the Black Stars to prevail by more than one clear goal is a fair price.

A Look At Ghana’s Betting Odds

Ayew brothers Andre and Jordan netted for Ghana against Benin, but some sloppy defending saw that game end up 2-2.

Kwesi Appiah then took few chances when sharing the spoils with Cameroon, although substitute Owusu Kwabena almost snatched a late winner when hitting the bar and Andrew Yiadom went close.

More attacking intent will be needed to ensure the Black Stars do not make a rare early exit, but they do have the talent to get the job done.

Newcastle’s Christian Atsu is joined in midfield by Thomas Partey of Atletico Madrid and Alaves ace Mubarak Wakaso.

Such players should be comfortably good enough to control proceedings against limited opposition and 19/4 for a smooth 2-0 success completes our Guinea-Bissau vs Ghana betting tips.
