2022 World Cup Qualifiers
We are reaching the end of the qualification process for the European Zone teams. Football fans and punters will see which nation will win the right to appear in the World Cup finals in Qatar at the end of the year.
All eyes will also be on some of football's top talents, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Marco Verratti, Robert Lewandowski, Gareth Bale, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Alaba, some of whom will miss the tournament.
There are still three places at stake for the teams of the UEFA zone to participate in the next World Cup 2022 in Qatar, which begins in late November. Twelve nations are still in the running, and they are divided into three lanes. Each lane will provide a winner to participate in the major football event in the world.
Ten European nations that finished second in the qualifiers are joined by two others selected based on their ranking in the Nations League.

Portugal or Italy: Which team will not be in Qatar?
In Lane C, Italy or Portugal, the last two European football champions, will not fly together this winter.
Cristiano Ronaldo will have to beat Turkey in Portugal's first elimination match and then face the winner of Italy against Northern Macedonia if his team is to reach the finals in Qatar.
Betting on Lanes A and B
Elsewhere in the draw, the next quartet sets up an eye-catching clash in Eastern Europe as Russia takes on Poland. The winner will then face either Sweden or the Czech Republic.
In the final section, there is a possibility of another local rivalry as British neighbours, Scotland and Wales, could find themselves face to face if they manage to defeat Ukraine and Austria, respectively.
