Today sees bwinbetting’s very first anytime goalscorer treble of 2012. As always, put these three players in a treble to score at any time and, with the £25 free bet from bwin available to new customers, you could net yourself a very nice £270 to start the year off with a bang if the tips come in.
Robin Van Persie to score against Fulham – evens
You could argue that no Premier League player had a better 2011 than Arsenal captain Robin van Persie. The Dutchman scored 35 league goals last year and will be looking to continue his goalscoring exploits into the new year – as long as he is allowed to do so by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, with the Frenchman thinking about giving his star striker a rest. With Fulham conceding seven goals in their last three, they are susceptible at the back. And with RVP being so prolific last season, he is at odds of evens to keep it up into 2012.
Daniel Sturridge to score against Wolves – evens
Daniel Sturridge had a real breakout year in 2011. Starting with his successful loan spell at Bolton, scoring eight in 12 games, he returned to Chelsea to lead their goalscoring charts this season with ten goals. Not only has this earned him a senior England cap, but also a reputation for goals. Having already scored past Wolves this season, and with the home team not keeping a clean sheet since August, 1/1 are clearly short odds for such a likely outcome.
Bryan Ruiz to score against Arsenal – 17/10
Moving on, here’s someone who I expect to a breakout star of 2012. Bryan Ruiz was the main man at former club FC Twente and he joined Fulham to expectations that he would perform a similar role for the Londoners. After a slow start, he has started to pick up form, highlighted by his stunning chipped finish against Bolton. Against Arsenal, who can be very suspect at the back, back Ruiz at 17/10 to score anytime and you can thank me later.
