After disappointing showings at tournaments since 2012, the Spain World Cup 2022 odds show Luis Enrique's side are getting back among the favourites.
Two European Championships and a World Cup win in the space of four years was followed by a group stage and two last-16 exits but Enrique's side were back with a bang at Euro 2020, reaching the semi-finals.
They lost to Italy in the last four and failed to beat France in the Nations League final, suggesting they are not the finished article just yet.
But Spain have plenty of experience still in their ranks and the emergence of teenagers Pedri and Gavi points to an exciting spell under Enrique.
