The Atlas Lions won all six group games during qualification and crushed DR Congo 4-1 in the second leg to seal back-to-back World Cup appearances - but all is not well in the Morocco camp.
Head coach Walid Regragui has brought about the return of star man Hakim Ziyech after the Chelsea ace fell out with predecessor Vahid Halilhodzic.
The 29-year-old winger, who has scored 17 goals in 41 appearances for the national team, will be crucial as Morocco try to get out of a group made up of Belgium, 2018 runners-up Croatia and Canada.
Having reached the knockout stage just once in five attempts, it’s understandable why they are 9/1 in the Morocco World Cup 2022 odds to win the group and 2/1 to reach the last 16.
