Out-of-form Hull City host Leicester on Saturday afternoon in pursuit of only their second Championship win since the end of October.
Much of the focus in the build-up to the match will be on Nigel Pearson, who makes a quick return to the north-east after being snapped up by Leicester recently following a successful spell at the KC Stadium.
The bwin bookmakers are struggling to split these two and currently have both sides at 33/20 to pick up the three points, while the draw is a 21/10 shot.
Hull’s record in November saw them win just once – a 2-0 triumph at Derby – and lose their other four matches.
The Tigers have also suffered two straight home defeats and improvement will be needed to beat a Foxes outfit who have been showing signs of progress since Pearson’s arrival at King Power Stadium.
Leicester’s overall form has been indifferent as their expensively-assembled squad still try to gel, but they are currently on a run of three unbeaten and find themselves in a play-off position following a 2-0 win over Blackpool on Tuesday.
Hull have hardly set the world alight at home this season, scoring just nine goals in eight matches (the third worst record in the Championship).
For their part, Leicester have only scored ten and conceded the same amount on the road, so these stats suggest we will be in for a low-scoring match.
Under 2.5 goals can be expected but this selection does not make much appeal at 31/50, so back a 1-1 draw at 19/4, especially as the Midlands side have picked up a point five times on the road already this season.
