Saturday is the final day of regular Championship action and the game at Elland Road sees a meeting between two teams who, back in August, were among the favourites for promotion.
Eleventh-placed Leicester City travel to Leeds United, who sit two positions below them, with nothing but pride to play for after failing to live up to pre-season expectations.
The visitors are without a win in three games and threw away a one-goal lead at home to West Ham last time out, eventually losing 2-1.
No team in the top half of the table has fewer wins on the road than the Foxes – a statistic that has been a key factor in their failure to get involved in the promotion shake-up, despite some heavy investment on new signings last summer.
Nigel Pearson’s men are 3/2 favourites for the victory here in bwin’s 3Way football betting market, while the hosts are a shade longer at 33/20.
However, for my money, the draw looks the most favourable option at 23/10.
Leeds have registered just three victories since Neil Warnock took charge 13 games ago, with just one of those coming in front of their own supporters.
In fact, they have notched just 17 victories all season – the lowest amount since their relegation from the Championship in 2007.
However, one of those triumphs came in the reverse of this fixture in the shape of a 1-0 win at King Power Stadium back in November.
With both teams having failed to set the league alight, you might be tempted to back them to continue their frustrations by cancelling each other out, with odds of 33/4 for the game to finish goalless.
Punters who use their free £25 bet will see a return of £231.25 if they correctly back the no score draw.
Recommended bet: Leeds and Leicester to draw @ 23/10 Outside punt: Leeds and Leicester to draw 0-0 @ 33/4
