Kick-off: 1600, 26/04/2020

Stadium: FC Minsk Stadium

A battle between two high-flyers in the Vysshaya Liga will wrap up the action of matchday six as second-placed Vitebsk travel to fifth-placed Isloch Minsk on Sunday evening.

Vitebsk sit level on 10 points with FC Slutsk and Torpedo Zhodino at the top of the table after five games but Isloch will look to make home advantage count once again.

Four of their five matches have been at the FC Minsk Stadium, winning three of them, while Vitebsk have picked up four points from their three away games.

Three of the last four head-to-head clashes have seen the home team come out on top and it is 23/20 for the hosts to prevail for our opening Isloch vs Vitebsk prediction.

A Look At Isloch Minsk’s Betting Odds

Isloch have had to make the most of their early home form as they embark on their fifth match at the FC Minsk Stadium this season.

They have picked up nine points on home soil, losing their only match 3-2 to Slutsk in round three.

Isloch produced their best campaign in 2019, finishing fifth in table, picking up the most points and wins thanks to the scoring exploits of Momo Yansane.

The Guinean striker scored 11 goals last season and notched the match-winners on the opening two matchdays but has failed to hit the net since.

Seven of the last nine matches between these two sides have mustered less than 2.5 goals, something that has been a theme for Vitebsk during the 2020 campaign.

All five of their league games have seen two or less goals, which we believe will happen along with the home team taking maximum points, which is priced at 27/10 in the Isloch vs Vitebsk odds.

A Look At Vitebsk’s Betting Odds

Vitebsk have surprised many with their lofty heights ahead of their trip to Isloch.

They narrowly escaped relegation following a run of four defeats to finish the 2019 season just one point above the play-off place.

But they have banished those memories with three victories after five games, although only one have come on their travels.

While both teams have scored in each of Isloch’s last three fixtures, Vitebsk have only had one match when both teams found the net.

Eight of the last nine head-to-head games have only seen one team score and we reckon this sequence will continue.

It is 31/50 for both teams not to score in Minsk, which is our final Isloch vs Vitebsk prediction.
