CLICK TO BET: Andorra (28/1), draw (35/4), Ireland (7/100)

It is extremely difficult to see anything other than a win to nil for Ireland when they take on Andorra tonight.

Not only have Ireland kept a clean sheet in their last seven matches, but group minnows Andorra have drawn blanks in eight of their last ten games and scored just twice in this period.

And to this the fact that Andorra’s record in Group B so far reads played eight, lost eight and Ireland, who are in contention to finish top of the group, are near certainties to win without conceding at odds of 7/20.

Ireland’s cause is further helped by their record against their opponents, with three wins from three matches.

The men in green have scored three times in each of these victories and punters could therefore take a lead from this and consider betting on Ireland to win 3-0 at odds of 4/1.

However, with Ireland failing to find the back of the net in their last three matches and Andorra showing impressive defensive resilience of late, the match could be closer than expected.

In their last five matches, Andorra have only conceded more than two goals once and restricted Slovakia, ranked 39 in the world, to two 1-0 victories earlier this year.

As such, the best bet could be on Ireland winning 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 at odds of 21/20.

A successful £25 free bet on Ireland taking victory by one of these scorelines would return £51.25, with the free bet available to new customers who sign up for a bwin account.

Crucially, this would be enough for Trapattoni’s charges to keep the pressure on Russia at the top of the group and stay above Armenia and Slovakia ahead of the final round of fixtures.

Those who think Andorra can put a spanner in the works can back them to win at 28/1 while a draw is priced at 35/4.

However, even an Andorra goal looks far-fetched at 11/5 and expect Ireland to ease to victory.
