Two teams enjoying excellent campaigns in their respective divisions meet in the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday as Championship side Hull City host League Two Crawley Town.
The Tigers will go into the clash as the favourites in bwin’s 3Way football betting market at 83/100, while the draw is at 5/2 and Crawley are a 16/5 chance.
Hull made it to this stage by virtue of a 3-1 home victory over Ipswich in the last round and since then they have won their last two Championship games 1-0 – against Peterborough and then Reading – to leave them in fifth place in the table.
Interestingly, Hull’s last five league matches have all finished 1-0 (three defeats and two victories) and they have won five out of their last six home games. A 1-0 win for the Tigers is priced at 25/4 and Hull to win by one goal is 13/5.
Crawley have drawn their last three league matches (against Oxford, Bristol Rovers and Plymouth) and have failed to score more than once in each of their last seven outings.
Crawley, on the other hand, are joint top of the League Two table as they go for back-to-back promotions and have tasted defeat just once in their last 21 matches.
In round two they saw off Bury at Gigg Lane before putting five past Redbridge in the third round and they will definitely be playing without fear at the KC Stadium on Saturday.
Having said that, Crawley have drawn their last three league matches (against Oxford, Bristol Rovers and Plymouth) and have failed to score more than once in each of their last seven outings.
That run is in stark contrast to their early-season form of dominating sides and winning comfortably. Away from home, Town have drawn their last four matches (three 1-1 scorelines). A 1-1 scoreline is a 21/4 chance here and Crawley to score exactly one goal is 7/5.

Neither of these sides have been involved in high-scoring affairs of late and this could the case again here.
Hull will want to keep it tight early and Crawley will want to settle into the game, so under 2.5 goals in the match is probably the way to go – but odds of 83/100 won’t be making anyone rich.
Instead, we will go with exactly two goals to be scored in the match at 5/2. Punters who register with bwin get a free £25 bet and successfully using this on this tip could bring returns of £87.50.
