FIFA Club World Cup

The FIFA Club World Cup brings together the best teams from the different continents of the world of football once a year —those who have managed to win the best competitions in their confederation.

The idea for the next Club World Cup tournament is to organize a "small world" with about twenty teams that will take place every four years.

Bet on the best team in the world

Remaining a major football trophy, the Club World Cup determines the best team in the world. At our online betting platform, make football bets now.

Each of the six confederations sends a team to compete in the tournament in addition to the home team of the competition that year. Seven teams are participating, with the European and South American teams going straight into the semi-finals.

Of course, bettors are mainly expecting a final between the winner of the Copa Libertadores (all Copa Libertadores bets) and the winner of the UEFA Champions League.

Betting on the Club World Cup

For the past few years, European teams have been taking the Club World Cup quite seriously, and since 2012, it has always been a European team that has won the final. Significantly, Euro teams have a bigger budget compared to other participants and are able to field the best players in the world of football.

But this has not always been the case. The Intercontinental Cup, the previous version of the Club World Cup, has a much more balanced record with 22 wins for CONMEBOL against 21 wins for UEFA (all UEFA Champions League bets).

Recommended bets

A recommended bet is to wager on the team that won the UEFA Champions League. Since the 2012 edition, it has always been a European team that won the final.

In these eighteen seasons of the competition, Europe has won the trophy 14 times and South America 4 times. No other confederation has managed to win the final, although AFC, CAF and CONCACAF have managed to reach the final a few times.

Another recommended bet on the Club World Cup is betting on a low-scoring result. In four of the last five finals, between zero and two goals were scored in normal time.

The competition is a short one, with only seven teams and an unusual stadium, and the matches are often well balanced with a low number of goals.
